Playzo ("we", "us") provides a mobile app for discovering and joining local pickup soccer games. This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and your choices.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email address, password hash, account role.
• Game participation data: games you create or join, timestamps, city (Athens), and participation status.
• Wallet/payment data: app credit balances, payment transactions, and payment method metadata (brand/last4/expiry).
• Stripe data: Stripe customer/payment identifiers required to process card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay payments.
• Technical data: basic request metadata needed for service operations and security.

Why we process data

• To create and secure your account.
• To let you discover, join, leave, and manage games.
• To process paid joins and eligible refunds using Stripe.
• To prevent abuse and maintain service integrity.

Retention and deletion

You can request deletion directly in the mobile app from Account settings. When deleted, your account and personal operational data are removed. Financial records required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations are retained in an anonymized form without personal identifiers.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR rights), you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to certain processing. Contact us for privacy requests.
